About the Fund Management Team Current Projects

The aims of the Arc European Property Fund are to invest in well researched and secure projects, to achieve a return on investment so that investors see significant returns on their investment, to ensure a well-balanced spread of invested projects so as not to be overly reliant on one market, and to ensure that all asset classes of investment are covered.

The ARC European Property Fund offers individual investors the opportunity of enjoying significant returns from pan-European property.

In recent times individual investors have looked at purchasing property on their own in order that these properties will form part of their pension plan. Although many have been successful there are a substantial number who have failed to capitalise on such investments due to the downturn in markets, limited research coupled with a lack of general knowledge of how property markets work.

By investing with ARC investors benefit from a spread of investments throughout Europe without the worry or cost of maintaining their own individual property. The Fund carries out substantial research on an ongoing basis into all European Property markets and this research helps to significantly reduce investment risk.

The Fund has developed a unique investment strategy that attempts to maximise returns to investors whilst providing the highest possible level of security. This investment strategy encompasses different investment classes. Risk is spread by investing in different but stable markets. The following chart shows the current spread of investments and the countries in which the Arc European Property Fund operates.

2007 has witnessed the revival of the Fund resulting in the Fund ending the year as the UK's No 1 Property OEIC Fund. An increase of 16.99% was achieved and it is anticipated that 2008 will continue in the same upward trend.
